Absolutely everyone! From children to adults, from beginners to initiates, there will really be something for everyone. If you have never practiced and want to initiate yourself in these places, do not hesitate to call on a climbing company that offers outings in the region!
But the level is accessible to everyone. climbing circuits have been arranged. climbing tours are formed by a set of blocks of the same levels as you can follow!
The levels are detectable thanks to the colors printed on the blocks, as well as to an abbreviation:
- White: Child - A real breeze that will delight the little ones
- Beige (f): easy
- Yellow (pd): not difficult - ideal for beginners
- Orange or green (AD): quite difficult - for climbing practitioners who wish to progress
- Blue (D): Difficult - from blue, we are already on a confirmed climber course
- Red (TD): very difficult - the difficulty increases exponentially. The red courses are not recommended for people with little experience
- Black (ED): extremely difficult - black courses are reserved for specialists or high -level athletes.
What material do I need?
To tell the truth ... you don't need much. No need for ropes and specific equipment. If you go there to seriously practice, even at low level, slippers climbing are highly recommended (even if they are not compulsory either), as well as a carpet to be able to wipe your feet before climbing.
It will be much more comfortable for you, and you can really feel the stone under your foot in order to avoid the unfortunate slides.
A crash pad is not to be overlooked either if you practice regularly. Even if the blocks are low height, repeated falls can damage the vertebrae.
Of course, for confirmed climbers, pof, and /or magnesia are in order.
