Today we focus on that small discomfort that has happened to all of us but with some tips and tricks it can be solved or at least to a large extent. Nobody wants to have cold feet, so take note of these tips to keep your feet warm.

1.Choose boots that fit your size
It seems obvious but many people think otherwise and it is not like that. Many believe that the tighter you wear the boot, the warmer your feet will be. ERROR! When the boot is tight, the feet suffer from a lack of circulation and this results in them becoming colder.

2. Check that they are dry when you put them on
Many of us directly put them on as we left them the day before, at the door of the house or hotel. MISTAKE! It is important to leave them in a dry and warm place, separating the casing and the inner liner so that they dry. By this I do not mean that you put it in front of the fire or next to a radiator since the plastic can deform.

3. Watch your socks! Use appropriate ones
Wearing excessively thick socks will make your feet sweat more and when you are standing, that sweat turns into cold. That is why it is advisable to use thinner socks so that your feet do not squeeze and they can breathe better while maintaining their temperature.
It is also important to bring another pair of socks, just in case. It is possible that the snow gets inside and wets them, so it is advisable to change them if necessary.

4. Try not to eat too much during the day
At 2 in the afternoon we are all ravenously hungry and we would eat anything, right? Of course, you haven't had anything since 7 and it's normal. But before we go blind, think about your health. Wouldn't it be better to eat something light and then continue skiing than to get stuffed and stuffed and then feel lazy to continue skiing? By this I mean that with a full stomach, the blood will go directly to digestion and not to the extremities to continue maintaining heat. Think about it!

5. Heated insoles
As a last resort, if none of the above has worked for you, use heated socks. They are logically more expensive than all of the above, but they are worth it if you don't want to be on the lookout.
Now that you know some tips to keep your feet warm, do you have any that have helped you? We are all ears.
