We all know that in this life, for almost everything, we must follow certain rules thanks to which we can become even more involved in society. The paintball is no exception, since we must not forget that it is not a individual sportl, but we are surrounded by teammates who, even if they are our enemies for a few hours, we have to respect.
As it is an activity in which the main tool is a marker that shoots paintballs, care must be taken when using it. We cannot shoot when we want or where we want, but we must follow rules that make it safe to practice:
- You will have to respect the minimum age set by the different companies. In most cases the minimum age they mark is 14 years old, but they may have children's markers so that the little ones can enjoy of the game.

- You must always use the safety materials that the company has provided you for the experience. The mask will be a vital element in the paintball equipment, it should never be removed during the game under any circumstances. They can also provide you with a vest, gloves, a jumpsuit...
- Even if the head is covered by a mask, it is prohibited to shoot towards the opponent's face, because even though paintball is a practically painless sport, you can cause serious problems for your partner.

- The minimum distance of 6-8 meters must always be respected.
- Respect the neutral zones, you cannot shoot in or through them. This is an exclusive area for recharging the marker, so it will be advisable to point down and have the insurance when we are in this area.
- When we are eliminated it will be essential that you respect it and leave the field of play. In this case it will be advisable to also put the cap on the marker, also known as a "pacifier" to avoid risks.
