TheSki and Mountain Fair-Naturiva has closed its 2009 edition with less space and with 10 fewer exhibitors than last year. In total 72 stands that have offered us the best offer of active tourism at a national and international level.
The two most important fairs in Spain related to rural, snow and mountain tourism have once again joined forces for three days at IFEMA to show a wide variety of services. The Ski and Mountain Fair-Naturiva has been promoted by the Tourist Association of Ski and Mountain Resorts (ATUDEM) and organized by Promotion, Initiatives and Events (Exivia), who They have made sure that everything went as planned and was well received by the public.
We could see a great offer for leisure and free time, with adventure sports being the main protagonists of the event . Although we live in difficult times where uncertainty plagues our economy and there is a certain feeling of instability in the sector, the public responded correctly and threw themselves into spending a few days of fun and entertainment.
Children and adults enjoyed the facilities, where apart from the exhibitors in which companies and autonomous communities advertised their services, they found a wide variety of scenarios in which the exhibitions were a true spectacle. The climbing wall where the National Climbing Championship was held was red hot, receiving expert climbers who fought to get first place. The small ski slope was attended by numerous specialists who performed authentic maneuvers with winter sports equipment.
The sports equipment sales area had a large number of stores where those who wished could purchase clothing, skis, snowboards, boots, helmets and everything necessary to spend a day of fun practicing your favorite sport. The offers that these businesses offered to everyone who passed by there made purchases more abundant, since on the occasion of the fair the discounts even reached up to 50% on some clothes.
Once again we are pleased to have attended such an important event that had visitors of all ages and interests and exhibitors who showed the most peculiar characteristics of the country: gastronomy, accommodation, travel agencies, adventure companies, active tourism and everything you can imagine to live moments of pure fun.
