1. La Teresina - Montserrat (Barcelona)
In Montserrat, we find the Via Ferrata La Teresina. It was the first ferrata installed in our country in 1993. It is a highly difficult ferrata with a difficult "narrow chimney" step and some abseiling that is not easy.

To access it, it is done from the monastery of Santa Cecilia where the path is indicated at the beginning. Perfectly equipped and recently renovated, it is a must in the Spanish ferratas.

Its 100-meter Tibetan bridge stands out.

Doing this via ferrata is free if you do it on your own, although we recommend that you contact some company in the area to Do it with guides and accredited professionals. There are different parking areas very close to the Balneario de la Hermida.
