For all of you who are planning a outing to the mountains for next weekend, nothing better than some advice or recommendations so that those days in nature are fully enjoyed and nothing ruins them .
What adventure sports can be practiced in the mountains?
You have a wide variety, from climbing to hiking, through btt or canyoning, among others. As you will see, the offer is quite wide, so you have plenty to choose from.

But whatever you practice, you must always be well equipped and leave nothing in your drawer!
- Clothing and footwear. It must be comfortable and adapted to the sport you are going to practice. For example, if you are going on a hiking route you cannot wear the same footwear as for climbing, where climbing shoes are essential. It is very important that you keep in mind that you have to be prepared for the unexpected, that is, no matter how much sun there is, a downpour can surprise us.
- Backpack. You can't be forgotten for anything in the world! In it you have to keep everything necessary and essential for your outing: raincoat, food and drink, small first aid kit, sun cream, cap, GPS, compass, matches, mobile phone with battery, etc. Remember that the backpack you choose has to be comfortable and padded.
- Food and drink. Even if you don't plan to spend a lot of time in the mountains, you never know if the route could take longer than expected, so you have to bring something to snack on mid-morning or mid afternoon. Sugar or energy bars are great allies in these cases, due to their high calorie intake. As for drinks, it is very important that you carry at least a two-liter bottle of water with you. In winter, even if it doesn't seem like it or we aren't thirsty, we will also need to drink.

- Go accompanied. Never go alone, but, at the very least, it is better that you go with one other person. Nothing has to happen to you, but you may need help at a certain time. What's more, someone in your environment who is not going to go out with you should know where you are going to spend the day and should be reachable.
- Plan the outing. Nothing like knowing where you are going to go and what route you are going to follow during the day or days. Remember to look at the weather forecast before leaving for the mountain.

And for the rest, as final advice, tell you to take routes adapted to your needs and physical conditions, be careful with distractions, monitor the state of the river, pool, etc. Before taking a bath, take care of the surroundings, and, above all... enjoy the mountains!
