Aéroclub Pierre Herbaud

The Pierre Herbaud Aeroclub is an association made up of enthusiasts of flying and aeronautical activities!

The Aéroclubis located near the town of Issoire, just 30 km south of Clermont-Ferrand. Once there, you will be offered the following activities:

• Glider Park: Initiation, Discovery Week, Theme Day, Courses...Many options to quickly transform you into an exceptional windsurfer.
• Parc Avions: Whether you want to fly for a few minutes or on a much more regular basis, in their company you will inevitably find a formula that "meets" all your ambitions.
• ULM Park: From a 20-minute flight to the most comprehensive pilot training, you will experience great moments with your head in the clouds.

Birthday, Valentine's Day, Bachelor party...All excuses are good for a special little trip in a Airplane, ULM or glider. p>

For all of these activities you will be supported by certified pilots.

Due to its privileged position between the Puys chains, the Livradois-Forez and the Monts du Cézalier the flying club constitutes a little paradise for all amateur or experienced aviators.

Once there you will be supported by a team of enthusiasts who will offer you:

• Airplane Initiation Flight for up to 3 people – 20 minutes.
• Airplane Pilot Certificate Training.

And if you want to prolong the sensations in the air, why not take off aboard an ultralight or a glider?

Want to practice ULM in Puy-de-Dôme? Welcome to the Pierre Herbaud ULM Aeroclub!

In their company, gliding takes place all year round!

• ULM Initiation Flight, 1 person, 20 minutes. A unique experience to observe the world around us from a new angle.
• ULM Pilot certification training. The club's instructors can prepare you to obtain the glider pilot (BPP) or multi-axis ULM pilot certificate. In their company you will quickly become an experienced aviator.

You can also find Airplane and Glider activities on site.

Not far from the center, you will find numerous accommodation options, as well as catering options.

• Glider Initiation Flight, 1 People, 20 to 40 minutes depending on the weather.
• Glider Discovery Week, 5 glider flights. A preferential rate will be applied to under 25s.
