Reial Aeri Club de Lleida

At the Reial Aeri Club of Lleida you will be putting yourself in the hands of one of the oldest flying clubs in the entire peninsula.

You will usually find us at the Alfés airfield facilities, where we have been training pilots for more than 60 years.

Our fleet includes a total of four devices that we use, both for learning and to take part in the activities that make up the center's calendar. Initiation flights are carried out with these same aircraft, or we enable you to obtain your private pilot or light aircraft certificate. We therefore offer two types of activities:

Initiation flight, in which between 1 and 3 people can go:

- Brief theoretical introduction: Duration of 30 minutes, it serves both to know the flight technically and to remove the fear of flying. Basic concepts (technical and flight) are briefly reviewed, as well as safety procedures and principles.

- Flight duration of your choice: Duration of 30 minutes, extendable to the duration you prefer, (price proportional to the duration).


PPL / LAPL pilot courses:

- Theory block: Learning to fly requires that we become familiar with concepts related to airworthiness, meteorology, technical knowledge of the aircraft and the performance of flight personnel, among other useful knowledge.

- A second practical part: To obtain the flight license, a minimum time of 45 hours in the air with an instructor is essential, part of them without supervision and several in different aerodromes to get used to different operating conditions, also practicing different types of maneuvers and situations to obtain the necessary competence and expertise.
