At Archery Tag Barcelona we like constant innovation in our activities, that is why, together with our central axis which is bubble soccer, we have added the archery tag.

It is likely that this new modality is not even familiar to you yet. To give you an idea, imagine a hybrid between paintball and archery. With the Olympic discipline it has in common the use of the bow and arrows while, with the former, the use of protective masks and some of the rules in the team game create an atmosphere of intense emotions.

After receiving the instructions you will prepare yourself with the equipment. It will be when you appreciate the protection that the arrows have on the tip. After having everything ready:

• We divide you into two opposing groups that will occupy positions within the same field. Each one will have a minimum of 4 and up to 8 participants. Each team is protected by 5 targets.

• In the center of the field there is a security zone in which shooting is prohibited to reload the ammunition that we have consumed.

• With everything going, we will have to fight to get the highest score. We will receive points for touching an opponent, catching an arrow in flight, etc.

- The material: you will wear bows that are held comfortably, similar to the professional ones. The big difference will be found in their arrows, which are protected by foam tips so as not to cause damage to the rest of the players. We also gain safety by adding masks to the equipment.

- The teams: there must be at least 8 players and a maximum of 18 to make distribution into even groups possible. These will face each other, dividing the two playing fields that will be marked. The center is established as a security zone.

- The game: outside the security area you can attack both the rest of the players and each of the 5 targets that belong to each group. You will not always be exposed because there are barriers to protect yourself behind as you advance.

With Archery Tag Barcelona your company event will take place with a bow and arrow in your hands in a completely different idea than the one we all have in mind when we talk about archery. If you like the confrontation that occurs in paintball but want to take it a step further, you have to try this sport that recently arrived from the United States.

In archery tag, each player shoots arrows as part of a team that are directed at the targets placed on the playing field and at the opponents. Although it is a mode where the battle reaches realistic features, the ammunition is harmless as it has approved foam tips.

Ideally, it should be played in groups of at least 8 participants to achieve 4 against 4. As it is a team building day, it is likely that there will be many more of you. You can play in the same session with up to 18 people, if this number is exceeded, turns will be taken.
Before starting, the dynamics will be explained to you under the direction of the monitor:

- Game scenario distributed in 3 zones: in the middle we find the safe area in which shooting cannot be done and, on the sides of it, the fields of both teams. Inside there are 10 targets in equal parts.

- Point system: 2 points will be scored for those who hit the targets and the same number if an arrow is caught while it is in the air and comes from the opposing team. Each player reached counts as 1 more point.
