Whether you are passing through the region for holidays or native of it, canyoning allows you to discover from points unique and superb views of Ariège. The canyon of Argensou is ideal for beginners or families. From 8 years old, your children can accompany you on this descent punctuated with sensation and fun.
Your activity will begin with a safety briefing with the instructor graduate of Statewho will be with you throughout this adventure! Afterwards, a neoprene suit, canyoning shoes, a helmet and a harness will be loaned to you to allow you a safe and enjoyable experience.
This descent lasts approximately 4 hours but the instructor adapts to the level of strong>group. You can experience slides, jumps and even rappelling throughout the descent. The advantage: you don't need to know how to swim to take part in this activity. In fact, you will have foot at all times because the water flow is not very significant.
With groups of 9 people maximum, your instructor will be listening to you and you will be able to have fun in a relaxed atmosphere. >. For this activity, you will only need to think about a swimsuit and a bottle water.
