For example, it's important for you to know that the best months for practising are from April to October and we always recommend that our adventurers are 8 years old and up (don't worry, you don't need to swim if you can't, because this is a relaxing activity though you will have to jump, climb and, of course, swim, but that's why we include safety equipment of the best quality and in great conditions for you!).

Part of the activity will take you to narrow paths of River Tay and right after, you will find yourself on a rocky ground where waterfalls are part of the view.
