The water of the stream is always very cold, even in summer, but there is no need to worry because you will be provided with all the material necessary to thermally isolate yourself and enjoy the make the most of this experience.
Furthermore, you will be accompanied by expert guides who are highly competent and certified by the only federation recognized by CONI.
You will have to bring with you a swimsuit, towel, technical t-shirt (lycra, fleece, etc.), dry clothing, light gym or trekking shoes and above all a great desire to have fun.
