Horseback excursion to Silver Lake, Matera (4h)

Set off to discover the oasis of San Giuliano, with its silver lakeriding our Haflinger horses, who now know the area perfectly and safely travel the routes along the gravina canyon, following the stream and taking you to the shores of the lake.

The horseback excursion will last half a day, and is suitable for everyone. We will start from the ranch, taking the dirt path that runs along the canyon and after about two hours of riding we will reach the oasis, a source of life and refreshment for many animals that populate the area: you will be able to admire numerous gray herons, resting in the water before resuming flight but also kites and other animals.

If you are lucky you will be able to observe the signs of the passage of wild boars and foxes.
