In Hérault, hydrospeed or white water swimming is an extremely popular activity. Using a float and fins to help you navigate, this activity allows you to descend the river bearing the same name of the department and let yourself be transported by the rapids. This adventure aims to help you discover both the practice and the region which includes natural landscapes and greenery as far as the eye can see.

Come brave the currents with your family, friends or colleagues, to descend the splendid Devil's Canyon in its entirety.

Procedure:

Reception at the meeting place, at the Pont du Diable car park, in the commune of Aniane.
Briefing and provision of the hydrospeed equipment.
Approach walk of less than five minutes to reach the activity location, then an introduction to the water.
Start of the activity which lasts approximately 3 hours. You will also be able to make sensational jumps during this course, in addition to swimming in the white waters of the Hérault, until the end of your descent.
A shuttle will be waiting for you to pick you up and take you back to the initial point.

Good to know:

It is important to know how to swim to participate in this activity.
The departure can only take place if a group of at least five participants is formed.
If the weather conditions jeopardize your safety, our instructors can postpone the activity.
Bring a swimsuit, but also water shoes.
