With our SUP lessons, you'll be under the tutelage of one of our licensed instructors, who are passionate about sharing their knowledge and love for the sport. Furthermore, they're fully-qualified lifeguards meaning you'll always be in safe hands. They'll give you SUP equipment, a safety briefing and lead you through the steps once on the water.
Please note that due to weather conditions, SUP lessons are subject to change at short notice, and lessons can only run if the conditions are correct.
