We run our sessions on the River Stour in Dedham. It's the perfect area to explore natural habitats in a friendly environment. Our beginners' course welcomes complete novices. Our ISASURF/BSUPA instructors will cover a lesson with essential aspects and SUP skills. It's the perfect introduction to gaining balance and other techniques.
You will have to save 1.5 hours of your day to enjoy yourself without a rush. We usually run our sessions every weekend in the morning. We recommend getting a reach of us if you want a specific date. Our team will provide all the equipment. You will need to bring swimwear or shorts and a t-shirt.
Our sessions are suitable for groups of up to seven people. The minimum age to participate is 13 years old. Please don't hesitate to take a SUP session. We promise it will exceed your expectations!
