After the introductory briefing, it will be time to put on your wetsuit and climb aboard the board and embark on this new adventure.

The course consists of a theoretical part followed by a practical part. During the first lessons you will be taught everything about the technique of this sport: the basic concepts, the safety rules to maintain in the water and finally the strategies for maintaining balance on the board and riding the waves.

In the second part, however, you will put on your wetsuit and become the true protagonist of this experience, putting into practice what you learned at sea.
