They will have an overview of what this department could offer you in terms of decor, but also gastronomy and the art of living. You will be introduced toviticultureand the entire universe that encompasses it. You will also be able to become familiar with the making of goat cheese, a local specialty.
The guide will have the pleasure of showing you all this over the course of a half-day full of information and flavors. The latter is a graduate of the Vine and Wine Institute of the University of Burgundy and therefore knows it perfectly. He will share his enthusiasm with you and will spare you no detail.
During this activity you will first visit the Mâconnais vineyards to learn more about the vines and the wine grapes, then you will learn about them. more about viticulture. You will meet the winemaker, who will explain the method of winemaking and how it is preserved in the cellars. You can then enjoy this gourmet and local product. Children will be entitled to grape juice.
Then, it's time for the goat cheese, which you will discover and taste towards the end of your activity at the p'tits bilounes farm and its 70 goats.
