The Royal Botanical Gardens, Kew are the largest gardens of their kind in the whole world. In contrast to the surrounding streets of London, this is a place where nature comes to the fore. The highlight is perhaps the Temperate House, which preserves rare and endangered plant species from rainforest and jungle areas in perfect, stable conditions. As the largest surviving Victorian greenhouse in the world, it’s also an architectural wonder.

Other unique attractions include the 50-metre Great Pagoda, the Treetop Walkway, the Hive multi-sensory installation, Kew Palace, gushing fountains and a waterfall.
