Birgitt was born in Holland and has been in Almería for around 30 years. Dedicated throughout her professional life to the world of tourism, she is the new addition to Malcamino's since December 2024. Lover of nature and horses. He is a polyglot and develops short horseback riding routes and 4x4 routes when necessary. 

Cristina, 53 years old, is the company manager and 4x4 route guide in Spanish, French and English. She has a degree in tourism and a master's degree in tourism marketing and planning from the University of Valencia.

Born in France, she is bilingual and has been in Almería for 30 years. He lives in Tabernas, on the ranch where the equestrian center is located. 

His professional career is between the tourism and film sectors, the former being the most relevant in his professional career. He worked in various positions at the Playa Senator hotel chain for 8 years where he developed professionally. In 2003 he set up Malcamino's and moved to Tabernas to live. To date, he has carried out various tourism planning jobs in the province, production assistant for several Tollywood productions (India), numerous locations for audiovisual work, event organization, among others.

Passionate about the Tabernas Desert.

Dalila is from Tabernas, she studied environmental sciences and in addition to several positions related to teaching, she has been a guide in several tourism companies such as the solar platform in Tabernas, the Tabernas tourism office and Cabo de Gata, among others. She worked as a Can Can girl at MiniHollywood and has been at Malcamino's since practically its beginnings and is a great expert on all the environmental and natural aspects of the Tabernas Desert. 

Take 4x4 routes through the Taberna Desert and coordinate group activities at the ranch and others at Malcamino's. He speaks Spanish and English.

One of the recently incorporated, has been at Malcamino's for about 2 years. Andrés has a degree in tourism activities, he loves to participate in all the company's activities. It focuses above all on 4x4 routes in the Tabernas Desert and the coordination of long routes of several days on horseback, in support of logistics during the journeys.

He speaks English perfectly in addition to Spanish, his native language. Born in Almería, of Cádiz origin, he cannot deny his typically Andalusian open and fun character.

Emma is the youngest of the Malcamino's family. At 16 years old, he continues his studies, which he combines with horseback riding on weekends and days off. She is a born worker. Of French origin, she is a newcomer to Tabernas but has fit in wonderfully with the Desert environment. Excellent rider, she loves horses and is perfecting her level of riding both in dressage and especially in jumping, which she loves. His idea is to dedicate himself to horses professionally.

He speaks bilingual French and Spanish.

Théo is of French origin although he has been in Almería since childhood. He has been riding horses since he was 3 years old and is a qualified horse riding teacher. His specialty: jumping, although he has also delved quite a bit into classical dressage and other branches in relation to assisted riding. He has worked in equestrian centers in France and Catalonia.

During COVID, he decided to return to Almería and began his journey with Malcamino's as the main instructor of riding classes and development of horse riding routes, both short and multi-day. 

He speaks French, Spanish, bilingual and English.
