Canoeing is guaranteed to free you from your daily stress from work and other responsibilities. With us at Adam Evans Outdoor Instruction Canoeing all you need is a canoe and a paddle, the rest is in the nature. While leverage and timing are key to canoeing both are not too difficult to master.

Canoeing in addition to being extremely stress-relieving does not require any prior experience. It is one of those activities that once you have mastered you won´t ever forget, like riding a bike per se. Classes can be arranged in small groups or up to 8 people. In smaller groups however, Adam often tries to take more time showing you the wildlife as well as the personal instruction.

Adam Evans Instruction Caving we believe that caving one of the most fascinating activities of them all. The walls within each cave have been formed by our mighty nature over millions of years. An experience that allows such close contact with a natural phenomena such as moving through passages that were once rivers or to spend time by walls that are made entirely of minerals and fossils never ceases to impress and stun our students.

At Adam Evans Instruction our Caving courses include introductory horizontal sessions with no pitches all the way to the more advanced activities like guided multi-pitch trips that require great agility and skills. We even offer technical consultancy work for those who wish to become an instructor. In addition, one to one training and on site guiding that are available in which students can design with the instructor the nature of the course from scratch!

At Adam Evans Outdoor Instruction Climbing, we offer a wide range of climbing classes and for those who have never tried it out, Single-pitch Climbing is highly recommended! This style of climbing is absolutely fun and also an amazing way to build your confidence in your initial stage. Climbing is proven to improve both your mental and physical health. Climbing, whether it be in the barn or outdoors, engages all muscles and even your core, making tjis a fantastic work out.

The first few hours will cover basic safety awareness and mastery of the belaying device using the rope provided by us. The course takes place either inside or out in the nature and takes up an entire day. Our climbing courses are run by trained professional climbing instructors with the staff to student ratio of one to no more than eight.

Abseiling with Adam Evans Outdoor Instruction Abseiling is a great way to spend your holiday whether you love the nature or simply looking to try out new things with your friends. Abseiling is exciting and physically challenging during which your life depends mostly on a single rope! You basically lower yourself using a rope off crags and cliffs. To further enrich your experience our highly trained instructors also offer chances for blind fold Abseiling, free hanging and also tandem.

While lowering yourself on a rope requires that you have enough strength to support your body weight, it is much simpler than it looks. In fact, Abseiling hardly requires any prior experience and within a mere hour or two you won´t feel as though you´re struggling too much. Those with some prior experience will get most out of the course, but since our ratio of staff to student is roughly 1 to 4, it is without a doubt that no matter where you stand in terms of skills, you will immensely improve your ability to Abseil.
