Albergue Sierra de Gredos

The Sierra de Gredos hostel is much more than a rural house where you can come to rest from day -to -day routine in an optimal natural environment. It is also a center in charge of organizing, for everyone who wants to participate, active tourism activities with which you will know more in depth the Sierra de Gredos and its surroundings . We have rooms of 2, 4, 6 and 16 seats. All beds are bunk beds and all rooms have the bathroom inside. It has heating and hot water throughout the building. It has accessible areas .

Some of the activities we do are:

• archery: Discover the advantages and benefits for your health that brings you to learn to throw with arc and arrows. Not only will you improve your physical strength, but also your ability to concentrate with the five senses and your visual sharpness.
• Piragua walks: join one of our canoe excursions through the El Burguillo reservoir and choose if you prefer a quiet activity, by calm waters. And if you are one of those who prefer to go free, we also have rental so you can navigate the reservoir completely to your air.

In the Sierra de Gredos hostel you will find a place to evade from the routine, disconnect from the city and reconnect both with nature and with yourself. An ideal place to come with family, with friends or even alone with your partner. Do you come?

One of the most requested activities by the participants who come to spend time in our shelter, or simply to do the activity alone, is that of the walk in kayak .

This activity is more popular every day since covers the expectations of the most adventurers and those who want a quieter walk.

We have capacity up to 2 or 3 people per kayak and in them there can be people of all ages sailing simultaneously. It is an activity chosen especially by family groups that want to take a walk to discover the landscapes that hide on the sides of the river in the Sierra de Gredos.
