We have several activities to do outdoors, you just have to choose the one you like the most!

• Hiking at all levels and at any time of the year: we suggest that you take an excursion through the beautiful La Demanda mountain range and the Oja valley. You will discover lush forests rich in varied flora and fauna. If you like nature, you will love each of the routes.

• Snowshoe outings: a unique way to contemplate the white landscape that winter leaves in our beautiful Rioja mountain range. There are several routes that differ in difficulty and length. Ask us and we will advise you on which one best suits your conditions. If you need it, you can rent the material.

• BTT routes: live an adrenaline-filled experience traveling the trails that cross the La Demanda mountain range. Progressive climbs, short slopes, long descents,... The itinerary is one of the most varied. You can do this activity at any time of the year.

• Ski touring: enter the snowy forest and have fun thanks to the descents, wide blades and small runners. Our guide will adapt to all levels, from beginner to expert, so that each user can make the most of this adventure.

Thanks to Danitguía, enjoy a sport as complete and comforting as cross-country skiing. We will take you through forests full of vegetation that you can cross while you slide. You can go down steep paths, along wide blades or small corridors, there is no better way to release adrenaline!

And if what you want is to get started in this activity, don't worry, we have an 8-hour introductory course so you can learn the basic pillars of this sport. The only thing you need is to have an average level of alpine skiing and a desire to learn.

With our instructors you will learn to:

• Acquire technical knowledge and practice maneuvers to carry out the activity with all safety regulations.

• Familiarize yourself with the material.

• Choose itineraries appropriate to the conditions of a group.

• Perform upward turns, also called "Vuelta María".

It is recommended that you have your own material but, if you do not have it, we can leave it for you or advise you on its purchase.

At Danitguia we offer you a very fun activity to do with your friends: a snowshoe outing. It is a winter sport that gains more popularity every year. To practice it you just have to attach the rackets to the boots. These instruments will allow you to move more easily and quickly through frozen and snowy terrain.

It is a very exciting way to get to know the beautiful La Demanda mountain range. You can walk through its forests and ascend to the highest peaks, the only thing that can stop you is yourself.

Our guide will adapt to the level of the group and will prepare a tailored excursion: from short routes, to get in touch with the sport, to steep ascents for the most experts.

You do not need to bring your own material since we give you the opportunity to rent it at our facilities. But don't forget to equip yourself withhiking boots, fleece pants and jacket, a windbreaker or raincoat, gloves and a hat. It will be quite cold! Don't forget to bring water and something to snack in case you get hungry.

Danitguía will provide you with snowshoes and poles, safety equipment, mandatory insurance and, of course, a professional mountain guide who will advise you on all times.

The duration of the activity is 3 hours approximately.

At Danitguía we will teach you all of them while you advance along short slopes or try to ascend progressive climbs. You can also test your techniques on the narrowest trails or ensure the feeling of adrenaline on long descents.

Our routes are custom designed, according to the level and tastes of the group in general. We can take long excursions through the beautiful landscapes of the Riojan mountains or prepare shorter routes that allow you to return to Ezcaray early to enjoy a day of sightseeing in the town.

Don't forget to bring comfortable clothing that allows you to make movements easily and, above all, water to hydrate yourself. You will need it.

The price of the activity includes the mountain guide who will guide you through the landscapes and advise you on all the aspects you need.
