Grandvalira is a very large area of the Valira Valley in the Andorran Pyrenees made up of the ski resorts of Grand Valira, Soldeu-El Tarter and Grau-Roig and Pas de la Casa which accumulate almost 200 km of ski slopes in winter and many other activities related to snow and mountains.

The Grandvalira ski resort is one of the most recognized on the winter sports scene in Andorra and in the entire Pyrenees. United with those of Soldeu-El Tarter and Grau-Roig – Pas de la Casa throughout the entire Valira valley. In total almost 200 skiable km with slopes of all levels and for various sports.

Up to 110 slopes to enjoy the best quality snow at more than 2,000 meters above sea level, which guarantees good thickness throughout the season.

The category and quantity of the tracks is divided into:

• 18 green slopes

The large array of lifts allows for very fast and comfortable access to the slopes, with 63 lifts, 17 ski lifts, 28 chairlifts, 3 cable cars and 1 funicular and 1 telebaby.

We extend the hours of enjoyment with courts equipped with artificial lighting that extend the day until 9 pm.

The bars and restaurants that you will find will be your best ally to gather strength before, during or after the snow day.

Equipped with snowshoes you will not miss anything that surrounds you in the forests, slopes and peaks of the Valira Valley, in Andorra.

With these instruments you will not sink on soft snow and you will step safely and firmly, moving forward without great wear and tear. The rackets are one size fits all but don't worry, because they have a system by which they can be adapted to all numbers.

Starting from the Grandvalira ski resort we do snowshoe routes through the nearby areas in the same valley:

In an environment at about 2,000 meters of altitude, snowshoes will take you through the white element regardless of your physical level or previous experience. It is an activity worth doing and the mountain guide will accompany you in case he needs to give you a hand during the tour.

This instrument with a long history is now widely used in high mountains, as an alternative to winter hiking. Don't stay at home, go out into the snow and have a blast with your friends, your partner or your co-workers.

We make groups of at least 6 people with which we go out to the mountains to experience a day of snow and fresh air.

Experience what it feels like to cross freshly fallen snow on a snowmobile along the routes we have in the Grandvalira ski resort in Andorra.

You will be the one to take control of the motorcycle, once the instructor has given you some basic driving skills.

We will not require any driving license, you just need to be over 18 years old.

We undertake routes along the slopes of the Valira river valley, where the Grandvalira station and Grau-Roig – Pas de la Casa rest. Without a doubt, it is the best way to do tourism, since it allows you not only to release adrenaline but also to explore places that you would never discover if it weren't for these vehicles.

The time to have fun in the snow on a motorcycle ranges from the first snowfall in autumn to late winter and early spring.

You can be accompanied on the snowmobile by your partner, friend or family member and take turns driving it with him or her, since the motorcycles are two-seaters. This way you will both live an adventure

Our snowmobile instructor will follow your journey carefully, resolving any incident that may arise. This way you will only have to think about enjoying and having a time like you've never had before.

Mushing trips consist of crossing long roads completely covered by snow aboard a sled pulled by the force of dogs.

In the vicinity of the Grandvalira ski resort in the Pyrenees of Andorra we organize tours so that you can get to know this pleasant way of getting around. We have 2 mushing routes prepared:

• Riba Escorxada, in the Grandvalira-El Tarter area

• Adventure Activities Center, by Grandvalira and Grau-Roig.

The sleds are normally pulled by 12 dogs and can accommodate 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

They reach a speed that can reach up to 50 km/h when they perform at their maximum. Without a doubt you will see that it is one of the most fascinating experiences you can live.

Between Grandvalira and Grau-Roig there are between 5 and 12 kilometers to do cross-country skiing in Andorra among fir trees and wonderful views of the Valira valley. A winter sport that, far from the freneticism of alpine skiing, generates a lot of tranquility for its practitioners and an interesting physical effort.

Starting from our adventure activities center, the cross-country ski routes depart towards the Grau-Roig station. This activity can be adapted to all types of people, levels and ages, so do not hesitate to make us a proposal and we will love to help you.

The difficulty of the journeys ranges from the most affordable and short to the most demanding in terms of physical waste. In this way, we ensure that anyone who wants to go on a mountain ski excursion can do so without problem.

It can be practiced at any age since it does not require a special or very refined technique to advance on the snow with skis.

The trips will be guided by the center's instructors who will provide you with the necessary pair of skis.
