In our facilities we try to offer a service in which you will be able to disconnect from everything and rest in nature. We love spending time outdoors and we want to look for sustainable activities that allow you to find yourself and leave all the tensions of the city behind.

Among the different options that you can enjoy with us, we recommend hiking routes if you are looking to spend a great day in nature. Although if what you want is a great connection with the environment, we will take you to practice Conscious Nature in places full of life and thus let go of the energy you have accumulated.

If you really want to break with everything and discover sports in which to let off steam, we will propose two that you cannot refuse. The first is climbing that will make you ascend quickly and you will discover new challenges every time you face a wall.

For those who come with friends, we recommend a rafting descent on the Miño River. You will feel the force of the water, you will work as a team and you will have fun in a unique way.

You can stay at our home as long as you like until you feel you are fully recovered and ready to return to your daily routine. We will propose other options such as yoga sessions in the middle of nature and a wide variety of relaxation techniques.

If you are looking for an activity in which you can fully feel nature, we propose a very special day of hiking. The routes we will take are between paths full of vegetation, you will discover new sensations and you can even do part of the route barefoot.

We have different itineraries to follow, such as:

• Route of Silence: the path we will travel is the one that runs along the banks of the Acebal River. It is a forest full of oaks and birches where silence reigns and you can feel the purest part of the forest. It will take us more or less 4 or 5 hours to complete the route and nothing more than basic physical resistance is required to complete the route

• Riversas del Río Calvo Route: we will leave from Luneda and take the road that goes to the town of Parada. There we can enjoy a great view of the Deva Valley and places as picturesque as the Romanesque churches. Then we will head towards theCalvo Riverand we will travel through its basin passing by bridges, mills and forests. In total it will be a fairly long itinerary that lasts from 5 to 7 hours depending on your ease and that of the group. We recommend being used to walking because, otherwise, you will not be able to complete the path since it is somewhat complicated.

• Xabriñas River Route: It is the most special route since we will combine a pleasant walk through nature with a visit to places with very unique architecture. We will pass along the banks of the Xabriña River and we will be able to observe the large number of fountains, churches and even old villages along the route.

Nature presents us with great challenges that allow us to overcome ourselves and feel incredibly good. One of the sports that best helps us to do this is climbing since with it we will be able to reach the top by testing our limits.

At Mundonatura we want you to discover what it feels like to climb the rock and reach the top after having done your best. The first thing will be to practice in our climbing wall that is installed on the walls of the house. Once you have mastered the technique, you can go out to the wall and face the authentic natural environment in its purest state.

We don't want you to have a great experience but we do want you to be able to move well since sometimes you have to do certain complicated postures. What you do have to bring are shoes that grip well to the wall and that can be used to climb comfortably.
