At Nosolocuerda we want to share with our clients our love for mountain sports. NOSOLOCUERDA is an active tourism company that offers leisure alternatives and adventure sports for all ages and all audiences.

Unlike other companies in the sector, NOSOLOCUERDA does not subcontract monitors, but is managed by qualified and experienced personnel, proof of this is that all the photos that are published are real. The activities carried out are:

• Climbing: we practice all its modalities and variants, from rock climbing (sports, classic, artificial, boulder...) to ice climbing, runners,... You can do activities for one day or several or courses initiation and improvement.
• Snowshoes: the most requested sport in the winter season, these are guided routes through different mountain systems.
• Hiking and trekking, guided group outings that seek to summit on foot some of the most important peaks in the center of the peninsula or simpler activities where we can discover landscapes that are so close we are unaware of.
• Canyoning, with the arrival of spring and until autumn we carry out canyoning in the central area (Ávila, Cáceres, Cuenca, Salamanca, León...). Descent is carried out in groups or initiation and improvement courses.
• Orientation, we organize activities and courses where cartography and the use of the compass will be key.
• Rapel and zip line, where you can get rid of that accumulated tension and experience unique sensations, losing your fear of heights. It is an activity suitable for all audiences.

Canyoning is ideal for practicing a sport in the heat, the constant contact with water and the mix of mountain disciplines make canyoning a must for any adventure lover.

We make outings through the communities of Castilla y León, Madrid, Extremadura and Castilla la Mancha. We plan the descents weeks in advance, you can sign up for these scheduled excursions or send us your requirements by contacting us, we develop completely personalized itineraries.

We practice canyoning at ALL LEVELS, the size of the groups varies depending on the difficulty. We even do water hiking for families and school groups.

If you do not have the material, the company provides you with the wetsuit, helmet and harness and do not forget to come with a swimsuit and towel, as well as change of clothes for the end of the activity.

Snowshoeing is a discipline that is most in demand in the winter season, from Nosolocuerda we carry out routes through the Sierra de Gredos, Sierra de Guadarrama, Sierra de Béjar... and many other places. The routes will be adapted to the level of the user and their expectations. These are routes where the difficulty may vary depending on the level of the participants.

Snowshoes not only represent a sporting challenge, thanks to them you will be able to access landscapes that would otherwise be much more expensive.

It is necessary to come equipped with waterproof clothing and footwear, and it is also advisable to bring supplies to regain strength halfway.

Before starting, there will be a brief explanation about the use of snowshoes and the safety measures that must be taken in the high mountains.

Two days before the excursion, you will have to consult with the instructor to confirm the activity, as it will depend on the weather forecast.

Climbing is one of the star activities that we do at Nosolocuerda, our love for this sport leads us to always seek new challenges in the different mountain systems of our territory.

Rock climbing, we carry out initiation and improvement courses, both in sport and classic climbing, in various pitches or aid climbing. We also practice specific self-rescue techniques or advanced scalding techniques. We even make outings that range from one day to several days in duration.

Ice climbing and runners, these are courses to begin or perfect the technique, disciplines such as winter progression with rope or the use of ice axes and crampons will be covered.

The great climbing challenges are planned several months in advance, if you have the appropriate training and physical condition to climb large walls, you can check with us for availability by sending an information request.

Rappelling is an activity suitable for all audiences, it is a very simple type of descent, although it requires a high level of concentration. It is carried out under the supervision of mountain technicians, who will explain the safety measures to you before making the descent.

It is a sport highly recommended for boys and girls, it is perfect for losing the fear of heights and getting started in other modalities such as climbing or canyoning.

We carry out descents outdoors, on walls prepared specifically for this activity. We usually move through the central area of the peninsula, although we also travel to the Pyrenees or Picos de Europa.

We also practice rappelling in closed areas, climbing walls fully adapted for indoor mountain activities.

Without prior knowledge, you will be able to descend large vertical walls like a real soldier, it is a technique widely used in rescue and assault operations.
