As we have told you, Costa da Caparica has kilometer-long beaches where its waves merge with the sandy beaches. From Into the Nature, we have different surf plans so that whatever your level of experience you can enjoy and explore each of the corners of this beautiful coast. If, on the one hand, you feel interested in this sport, you have never had your first contact or maybe you have, but you want to continue getting rid of that fear and continue training in that sport, you can opt for the initiation plans. >. Our classes usually last one and a half hours, and 20 people will be the maximum number per class. As for the materials, we will provide you with the equipment so that you can carry out the training without problems.

From Into the Nature we want you to explore the coastal area of Sesimbra in all possible ways, and one of them is by practicing one of the water sports most beautiful that exist, we talk specifically about Kitesurf. This aquatic modality can be developed both in calm waters, such as the Tajo River or in rowdy seas due to its unstoppable waves.

These scenarios are the ones we have chosen so that you can test each of your skills, you can take another step in this sport and consolidate yourself as an expert on the table. If you don't know this sport, it doesn't matter to us, we will take care of training you from scratch and learning every detail so that you can turn kitesurfing into one of your passions.

Although its name may deceive you, it is not about surfing waves as such. We have the wind as themotor, which will pull the surfboard attached to a kite. That kite will be the element that we will have to handle to find and make the journey we want during the activity.

At Into the Nature we have three training plans to develop the necessary skills to maintain balance, control the kite and feel like an adventurer on the board while discovering the beautiful landscapes of the paradisiacal beaches of Costa da Caparica or the fluvial charm of the Tagus River. These are initiation plans, intermediate level plans, and advanced level plans.

Our instructors are professionals, as they have the IPDJ and FPS certification necessary to carry out the activity as qualified monitors. In addition, the attention will be as personalized as possible, for every 5 students one of them will be with you.

The Sesimbra region has beautiful landscapes that in the eyes of many curious people are the perfect showcase for a great diversity of species. To be able to fully explore the marine environment, we have a large boat, specifically a sailing catamaran that will be our way to get to know the precious cetaceans that live in the depths of the Atlantic Ocean. The starting point of our excursions will be from the port of the city of Setúbal.

Our team, together with the skipper of the boat, will make it the most complete experience possible, as well as We advise you to come with the best of your company, including your children, friends or any family member, because spotting dolphins surrounded by so much water, in complete freedom is the dream of many and we assure you that it is not easy to get, therefore, we will spend 3 hours to see these animals frolicking around our boat.

The dolphins that live in this area belong to the bottlenose family, they are wild species so at all times we will have to maintain a good behavior so as not to alter them and affect their habitat or lifestyle.
