Situated at Parc-y-nole Fach, in the northeast of Mathry in Haverfordwest (a town of historical transporting history), Preseli Venture is not a company, but a family that was founded in the late 80s by Nick and Sophie Hurst. We offer a vast number of different activities, from sea kayaking to surfing, where you, adventurers, have the option to stay in our 5-star eco-accommodation (we provide incredible locally-sourced food and home-brewed drinks that you will love!) and enjoy all the experiences that our passionate team has to amaze you with. 

With sustainability as a key value, our group is dedicated to protecting the surrounding area, considered one of the natural beauty of our country, while we practise some sport. From activities in the forest and on the beach under the supervision of our team to countryside walks that will take your breath away, all the adventures that we propose are a celebration of nature and of our privileged landscape. 

Perhaps what makes us more popular is our fantastic tour throughout the Pembrokeshire coastline, offering you the possibility of getting close to  Grey Atlantic Seals. They are our neighbours, did you know that?

Surfing has been the water sport of reference in Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire, for almost 25 years. We count with a unique area in the country, with a record of Blue Flag, which speaks about the best marina zones in the world thanks to environmental protection, geographical features and wildlife diversity, in the whole nation.

What else do you need to know about our surfing adventure? Well, we have a parking area where you can leave your car and don't worry, we'll take from there to the chosen location for surfing that day taking our minibuses. And yes, you've read correctly: we change locations depending on the wind or weather condition of the day.

Do you need to bring anything? No, we have the best tools for you and our boards are the best of the markets. Our team is friendly and will pay attention to every detail, your safety and they will share all the tips they've been gathering throughout their experience so you take advantage of your adventure with us!

We have a restaurant too. There, you can have meals, refreshments and drinks. All products are local and respect agricultural balance. Without a doubt, you will enjoy surfing with us and remember: everyone is welcome! You can come alone or bring friends and family. The more, the merrier!

There's something for everyone as the variety of natural sites provide experiences for all - whether you're a beginner looking to take a relaxing trip through the secluded beaches and gawping at the towering cliffsides, or want a more adrenaline-based experience paddling through tidal rapids and booming swells - you'll have an incredible time! 

What's more, you'll be able to take an excursion to the neighbouring off-shore islands; isolated havens that beckon for explorers of all ages and abilities. 

You can choose between a full day or half day sea kayak adventure, and even different types of kayak depending on the adventure you wish to experience - from sit-on-top kayaks to sit-in kayaks with a spray deck. You can even share kayaks if you're planning a family trip or for less confident adults.

We've been here for 25 years now. 25 years where Preseli Venture has designed the perfect day or weekend for groups (10 people are always the best number to have fun with us!) or families regardless of age (though we consider 8 as the minimum age recommended to live the experience at its fullest), body type or previous experience. And doing what? Exactly: coasteering!

We're located at the North Pembrokeshire coast, a natural venue full of cliff sides, impressive rock gardens and diverse wildlife that are really worth coming.

To be more specific, we offer the activity at Parc-y-nole Fach, near the village of Mathry, Haverfordwest. Here, you can choose different options: a half-day, full-day or a whole weekend. If you decide to pick up the last one, you will stay on our fantastic 5 stars eco-hotel, where you will enjoy our meals cooked with local ingredients and the best drinks ever (we brew our own alcohol).

With coasteering activities, we have created a full package of adventures: you can go swimming, cliff jumping (we know we have the highest cliffs around, but safety is a must for us) or approaching our local marine wildlife.

In addition, our team always adapt the plan depending on weather conditions or different issues, so you can take advantage of your time with us and you can have fun no matter how cold, windy or rainy it is!

As we have said, people can choose different experience options, but we always include all items and tools that you'll need, from wetsuits to gloves, so you don't have to worry about anything!
