The Circolo Nautico Puravida sailing team makes its passion and professionalism available to convey the love for the sea with the intention of respecting nature in every way. The desire to transmit the sport practice combining environmental education is the main objective of Puravida on the Beach by providing courses and equipment.

Our instructors, who have always been active practitioners of all water sports, will follow you during the lessons trying to make you feel at ease and give you the best advice to improve. Furthermore, you can always choose to rent our equipment to continue practicing sports even after the courses.

Based in Fiumicino in the province of Rome, with us you can participate in numerous boat excursions of the Beneteau 50.5, Beneteau 44.7 and Beneteau 440 types. During our tours we will be able to sail to beautiful places such as Santa Marinella, Torvaianica and we will skirt the entire coast of Ostia where you can let yourself be enchanted by beautiful monuments such as the castle of Santa Severa, or the Castello Odescalchi.

The excursions we offer also have a variable duration: from day trips to real short holidays. The bravest ones can try to lead the march by carrying out small maneuvers with the help of our professional instructors.

Puravida on the beach , based in Lido di Ostia , organizes Kitesurfing courses in its own nautical club, putting at your disposal the best technicians in the sector formed by the Italian Sailing Federation .

The course consists of six lessons lasting one hour each divided equally between theoretical and practical lessons:

• Theory lessons with knowledge of materials, the main safety rules and lessons on winds;

• Practice with a small kite on the beach to acquire dexterity with the bar;

• The practice with the small kite moves in the water;

• Body drag or the first outings by being dragged on the water by the kite without the board;

• The last lesson will be completely dedicated to the start in the water with the large board.

During our courses you will not need additional equipment as, being sponsored by the famous Ocean Rodeo , you will have all the necessary equipment including wetsuit, lycra and harness.

The lessons, to ensure greater safety, will be followed by instructors aboard rubber boats i and with helmets equipped with radio for optimal teaching.

The sailing courses will be followed by our instructors qualified by the Italian Sailing Federation with the possibility of being customized with timetables and different technical levels.

The levels of the courses are divided into:

• Basic level with a gradual approach to the boat and knowledge of the boat with the first short voyages;

• In the intermediate level you will have full knowledge of the boat and will be able to navigate independently, learning the first complicated maneuvers;

• The goal of the Advanced level is to improve the notions on navigation and have a superior knowledge of the boat being able to navigate in all weather conditions.
