Aula Española del Vino

At the Aula Española del Vino we teach courses in which we introduce the exciting world of wine tasting.

We have created a catalog with lessons for all profiles:

- Introduction to tasting: no prior knowledge required. Ideal if you are curious about this activity or you are already a wine fan. It has a total duration of 5 hours spread over two days in which we will define the wines and the tasting phases.

- Advanced: for those who are immersed in tasting. For two days they will be able to review the basic theory to later move on to concepts such as the correct uncorking of a bottle, pairing and conservation in private wineries. The tasting includes special wines.

- Monographs: in these sessions we will focus on specific designations of origin to know them in detail.

We also carry out horizontal and vertical tastings and gastronomic events of all kinds.

We host these activities in a space with an avant-garde design that simulates the interior of a winery. We have created a warm and pleasant atmosphere combining noble barrel wood, aluminum and glass.

We permanently control the temperature and humidity of the premises so that the tasting takes place in optimal conditions without altering the smell or flavor of the wine.
