Few areas in the world can boast a wine-growing tradition like that of these lands. In them, for centuries, their wines have been made and aged with care generation after generation. Today, thousands of hectares of vines continue an ancient trajectory. Navarra, a diverse and generous land like its wines, is the gateway through which the routes of the Camino de Santiago from Europe enter and converge.
The Camino allows the pilgrim to enjoy a landscape dotted with fertile vineyard lands until reaching Pamplona, capital of the Old Kingdom. The city, beautiful, quiet, full of history and culture, is decorated every year on July 7 to celebrate the most international festivals, the San Fermín festivities. It is precisely here, in Pamplona, where Bodegas Artajona has its headquarters.
Bodegas Artajona begins its history in 1952 when the Pérez de Ciriza family moved from their hometown, Artajona, to Pamplona, where they opened their first winery.
From that moment on, quality and service were the foundations on which the family project was based. In 2002, after being solidly established in the regional market and with three generations dedicated to the wine world, Bodegas Artajona inaugurated modern facilities of more than 3,000 m2 and began a process of expansion into new markets setting a clear objective: satisfy the most demanding palates with wines of the highest quality.
