Cavas Recaredo

Cavas Recaredo is located in Can Recaredo, a family house with a long winemaking tradition. Some parts of the site are more than 80 years old and have been preserved in their original form.

The winery has always worked on its own style, being a pioneer in the production of the first completely dry cavas, working with oak barrels and long aging.

At Cavas Recaredo we seek to keep the natural balance of the vine intact, intervening in its development only when it is essential. Our crop is dryland and harvested completely by hand. In total we have 46 hectares of our own vineyards.

The winery respects the environment as much as possible, rejecting the use of insecticides and herbicides, using only organic and natural fertilizer.

We have our doors open to all visitors and lovers of good cava who want to learn more about our facilities and our way of making cava.
