Dehesa de los Canonigos presents in its facilities a set of small buildings grouped around a large central mansion that is still a home and in which the current owner lives with his family.

The whitewashed walls, its low buildings and the "U"-shaped architectural structure give the complex an air that is more Basque than Castilian, as if it were an old pasture with a flourishing past.

But the landscape quickly dispels any doubt; Behind the winery-home, a Mediterranean pine forest extends until reaching the banks of the Duero River, whose waters mark the boundaries of the estate; and in front, part on the plain and part climbing into the hills, stretches the unmistakable riverside vineyard.

The vines are today the main reason for being of Dehesa de los Canónigos and the wine is its most relevant activity.
