Heretat de Cesilia emerged in 1998 with the intention of producing great wines, combining traditional craftsmanship with the most advanced techniques in just the right measure.
80 hectares of its own vineyard extend throughout the estate, covering different grape varieties. Among them, the native variety, Monastrell, stands out.
The northern area has gypsum and clay soil, very poor in organic matter, which ensures a good aroma and good quality in our wines.
The climate of the area allows the ripening of the grapes to be delayed and protect the vine from diseases.
The basis for making good wines is meticulous care of the vine and the grapes during their growth. Followed by a rigorous selection and a fermentation period.
Heretat de Castilla promotes knowledge of the wine world. Through its wine tourism project it aims to publicize the entire cultivation process, production, aging, trade and tasting. The company offers a program of activities for good wine lovers.
