Pago de Cirsus

Pago de Cirsus is a winery located on the farm of the same name. In its landscape, a tower stands out among vineyards and olive trees.

The best grape varieties are grown on the farm, such as: Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Moscatel.

Low production is sought to ensure very high quality. The vineyards are located at more than 200 meters above sea level. The climate that accompanies its growth is continental, with icy winters and dry, hot summers.

The vineyards face south and slope, pursuing the best ripening of the grapes.

Wine production is carried out only with homegrown grapes. In total, we have 135 hectares full of vines.
