At Vini Pepe we "create", lovingly taking care of all phases of production.
Thus you will be able to discover the intense red, ruby colour, the fragrant fruity bouquets or the woody notes of the productions of the various years from 1975 to the present day.
The white grapes are cared for as in the past, pressed and treated without any contact with iron materials to give life to an exceptional Trebbiano d'Abruzzo DOC while the red ones are treated by hand on a net and without chemical additions to create the Montepulciano DOC by Vini Pepe.
Once bottled, our wines remain at rest for ten to thirty years in our cellars to age and enrich themselves with all the notes that have made Vini Pepe's production famous.
