The La Grandera Zoo in Cangas de Onís, at the gates of Covadonga and Los Lagos, in the heart of the Picos de Europa, offers its visitors nearly 400 animals, the most representative of Asturias, of the peninsula, and a sample of other species from the five continents.
In an incomparable forest setting, made up of native forests, oaks, chestnuts, beeches, hazelnuts, ashes, yews, hollies, along with other exotic ones, such as pines, mimosas, mulberries, they decorate and give life to some 40,000 m2 of habitat, formed through forest, meadow, lagoons, where we can admire and photograph: bears, wolves, chamois, otters, lynx, grouse, vultures, Egyptian vultures, falcons, etc. In a comfortable and natural route.
